well at least data capacity is larger on BR, so at least for PC purposes

is better. I've got a multi reader drive in my PC, so I am OK. As for the
audio, well HDDVD does play better sound than standard DVD, but it's still
vastly inferior to a music CD ripped to highest quality played over
optical
etc from my PC, in my opinion. 568kb/s HDDVD compared to 1148kb/s for my
music. Now all we need is for the prices to drop. Incidentally, you don't
happen to have any links to american sites which sell hi def movies?
