I'm not aware of any superiority of HD-DVD over Bluray. There's _some_
difference in 'must have' content format choice but Bluray has a slight
edge
on the bigger picture. Plus, Bluray has the better disc media standard
that
can reach higher capacities.
Mostly, I think, some people were riding an anti-Sony bandwagon and have
forgotten that To****ba turned down an offer from Sony to develop a unified
standard. Then there's the actions of Microsoft pu****ng their own CODEC
and
ecosystem.
