I challenge John Wagner to reply to the following:
Hershey giving mutants their own private lawgivers. Lawgivers are
not gifts - they're lethal handguns used by Judges.

Seriously, I'd like him to post. People often accuse me of being a
troll but hand on heart I feel Wagner is slowly ruining Dredd. He's
reinventing Dredd's world and it's not working. So please, Mr Wagner,
explain why lawgivers are now gifts. Thanks.
