Nice drawing but I'm sure Mr Wagner is now taking the piss when it
comes to his writing of all things Dredd.
The Fargos in the Big Meg? Save me. Is Dredd going to take them on a
tour as well? :P
Hard to believe a writer as great as John Wagner can destroy his
greatest creation. Very sad. Dredd's become some bad dream where
mutants are now liked by the Judges, Dredd has mutant relatives. Oh
God, how awful. Wagner has done what the likes of Grant Morrison, Mark
Millar, Sonny Steelgrave (aka Alan McKenzie) failed to do - destroy
Dredd.
I'm not reading this week's Dredd nor do I plan to read any more
Dredds. PERIOD. As far as I'm concerned, Dredd - the Dredd I loved -
is dead. He had a good life - close on 30 years. If fans like the new
Dredd go ahead and enjoy it. Count me out. I couldn't care less what
happens to the Fargo family. I don't read Dredd to follow the
exploits of cheesy long chin mutant Dredd relatives (rolling my eyes).
Give me the original version over this pap.
