The opposite reaction to the bullet entering from the back of his head
is his head tilts slightly forward (you can see this clearer now from
the film) from the first moment the bullet enters then falls back from
being limp, the exiting of the bullet and the fact that the car is
going forward pu****ng him back. You are choosing your own parameters
when deciding what the action/reaction sequence is, and not
considering what else is going on around him at the same time the
bullet hits including the fact that JFK's body is in motion at the
time.
