I think it was Alan Moore. He was trying to shut down production
on V for Vendetta.
Think about it.....just like Ozymandias in Watchmen, he used
extreme tactics and
"outside the box" thinking to cut the Gordian knot. He was just
sick and tired of Hollywood
from ruining yet another one of his works.
