talk & book signing for "Hell in a Handbasket"
Wednesday, March 29th at 7 pm

For years, Tom Tomorrow's acerbic and hilarious political cartoon, This
Modern World, has been among the most recognizable and widely read
comic strips in the country. In his first full-color compilation, "Hell
in a Handbasket," Tomorrow looks unflinchingly at what America has
become in the years since 9/11. "Hail, Tom Tomorrow." - Michael Moore.

Tom Tomorrow is the creator of the nationally syndicated cartoon strip
This Modern World. His work appears each week in Salon.com and in
alternative newspapers across the country. He has also been featured in
the New York Times, U.S. News & World Re****t, The New Yorker, Esquire,
and elsewhere. The former San Francisco resident is a two-time
recipient of the Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Award for Cartooning.
