Preheat the oven to 350=B0F.
Get a medium saucepan, a 9-inch baking dish and
=BD cup sugar
Cook the sugar in the saucepan over medium heat, stirring
constantly. It may take some time, but it will eventually turn
golden brown, then dark brown. When the sugar is all melted,
pour it CAREFULLY into the bottom of the baking dish. Swirl to
coat the dish, but the sugar will soon cool and solidify. Set the
dish aside. Whisk together
3 egg yolks
3 whole eggs
in a mixing bowl. Once the eggs are smooth, add
1 can eva****ated milk
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
and sprinkle in
1 tablespoon cinnamon
Take out a large baking pan and fill it about halfway with hot
water, then put it in the preheated oven. Place the baking dish
with the carmelized sugar in the baking pan, then pour the flan
mixture into the dish.
Bake 35-45 minutes
or until a knife inserted 2/3 the way down the middle of the dish
comes out clean. Remove the flan from the oven and let it air
cool in the baking pan. When it is cool enough to handle
Refridgerate 1 hour
or up to 8 hours before serving. To serve, run a knife around the
edge of the baking dish and invert it onto a plate.
