I personally have not formulated an opinion on breed-specific
legislation. On the one hand it does seem kind of a generalization to
wipe out all pit bulls. On the other.... when I was in school we had
a breed-specific school law that EVERY rottweiller that came through the
door got muzzled first, ask questions later. Seems a little harsh, but
you think there's a single NICE rottweiller in West Philly? here's a
true generalization- NOBODY in West Philly buys a rottweiller to cuddle
with, if you get my drift.
