It became obvious the minute Grace was cast in the role that they're 
dropping the "bully/nerd" relation****p of Venom/Spidey and going with more

of a "dark twin" relation****p. Personally, I like the idea. There are too 
many villains filling the "bully" mold, Sandman being just one of them.

Venom will be a distorted mirror image of Spidey, and I find this prospect

exciting. Double that if they make Venom an anti-hero and not a villain.
He 
and Spidey could argue about the best way to deal with Sandman or
Hobgoblin 
(Harry), but both could have the same noble intentions.
