--I doubt that's what the guy was referring to when he mentioned
killfiling.
Given how impossible it is to convey emotion in online forums, people
will often make certain inferences. I can see how the OP felt Duggy's
response was a little snarky. I've been here long enough to feel that
wasn't the case, but for an outsider who rarely posts, some people's
particular style can be offputting.
