Nah, the reboot Legion, which is, in this context, I guess, the Third
Legion, we assume, is, in my opinion, the Earth-22/Kingdom Come
Legion.

They've all got the front-strip Legion costume of that era, the only
Lightning Saga Legion reference I recall in KC is Starman and they've
already said that he comes from Lightning Saga future but accidently
spent time on Earth-22 on the way to the present.
I think it's more likely that they are an Earth-1 (Earth-One analogue)
Legion.
Although it was a joke-list, those were the "real opinions" I hid in
this list:

How many Legions are there that we could actually assign:
Original/Lightning Saga
Reboot/Kingdom Come
Current.
There's the Superboy Elseworld... it'd need a world without Superman,
Earth-5 or Earth-50 are the only ones I can think of.
The Reboot had at least one issue with a WWII-looking Legion, meant to
be a "Earth-Two" Legion. It was an alternate timeline artificially
created by the Timetrapper. A later issue had several Legions appear
and fight each other... but not many appeared long enough to be
identifiable.
I guess we could sort-of-include the animated LSH and maybe claim it
as Earth-12 (Yeah, I know that it isn't part of the DCAU, but then
again Earth-12 doesn't seem to be more than Batman Beyond anyway.)
Any other alternate Legions out there...
Of course if we can splice off Legions, I think that Reboot and Legion
Lost get be separated.
