....that this new Libra is really Barry Allen.
Note: for most of these clues to matter, we have to assume that the
narrator is Barry Allen.
1. Page 1: A picture of the Cosmos with the narrator (who we have to
assume is Barry Allen) saying, "This is everything" and "This is me."
From Wikipedia:
"After (the original Libra) took half of the powers from the galaxy he
became pure, disembodied energy and his essence is wandering around
the universe."

2. Page 5 Panel 12 and Page 6 "And soon as there was light--" "--There
was shadow" Two opposites balances each other out.
3. Page 9 Panel 1 and 2: "There was good" "And evil." (See #2)
4. Page 13 Panel 1: "She was peace and she was war" (See #2)
5. Page 26 Panel 1: "The light" "The shadow" (See #2)
6. Page 27 Panel 1: "like a runner poised on the starting line"
(A-duh!)
7. Page 27 Panel 2: Libra organizes this meeting of the Secret Society
of Super-Villians right "in the heart of Flash territory".
8. Page 27 Panel 3: One of Barry's captions ("...And it's *my*
breath") is right beside Libra when we first see him.
9. Page 29 Panel 5: "And this is me" right beside a close-up of
Libra's blue eyes.
10. Page 29 Panel 5: What color were Barry's eyes?
11. Page 31 Panel 1: The yellow lightning bolt over the moon and red
sky is clearly suppose to make us think of the Flash. And this is
over where the new Libra currently is.
