Infinite Crisis - potential spoilers

Ok so there's been a taster in EW:

along with designs for a new(?) Darkseid.

I dunno about you guys, but I think I'm excited about this.

52 was good, thoroughly enjoyed the way it was done.

Infinite Crisis, was pretty awesome too, I was very excited about
that, and it mostly delivered (I think before that, it was the JLA/
Avengers crossover that had excited me so).

Countdown was mediocre. Still the last three or so issues were pretty
superb, and did pique my interest quite a bit.

DCU #0 was ok, nothing amazing, I don't know why everyone's been so
excited about that comic, but after seeing these pages of FC and the
Darkseid designs. I feel like I need to go back and reread JLA: Rock
of Ages and 7 Soldiers in anticipation so that I don't miss out on
anything. :)

I don't think Morrison will let us down here, and Jones' art looks
quite nice. Since he's a slow artist (but worth it) I'm a bit worried
he won't finish the last couple issues on time and will have a fill-in
artist (which irked me a bit in Infinite Crisis). I think DC have said
something to the effect of having backup stories to pad out FC longer
than 7 issues if necessary to buy Jones' time. Or was that Trinity? I
dunno.

Another positive is that it isn't a massive crossover with all the
regular titles, but I think yet again DC is putting out way too many
mini's as side storylines. I think I'm only going to pick up the
Legion mini.

Anyway how are you people out there feeling about this series? I'm
pretty positive so far. I just hope quality won't take a bit of a dive
after the first issue, which is what I felt was the problem with IC.
