Which would make sense, except IIRC at one point she was working
directly for Xavier. It's hard to see him employing Moira's murderer
without batting an eyelash- but he'd have the psychic clout to know
she was innocent if she really was.
(Did he ever address this point directly? I didn't read the Mystique
ongoing...)
